  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods (such as COVID-19) where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have & we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible to switch for a different product prior to shipment or simply refund you.

  • WHAT IS 'PRE-ORDER' & WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

To help ensure you get the products you want, you can now pre-order select items (where pre-order stock is available). This isn't just for items we've had and sold out of but we'll also be offering pre-orders on items that have yet to release.   • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 6PM EST will begin processing that same day, excluding holidays, and shipped the following day once processed. Orders placed after 6PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after  6PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?  

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
